Cancelling your order

In line with the Distance Selling Regulations and EU Consumer rights directive, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 working days starting from the day after you receive the goods, except for perishable goods.

If you wish to do this, you must inform us in writing via e-mail to enquiries@thewildlifegardening.co – we are unable to accept cancellations by phone. Refunds will be paid minus the postage and packaging costs we incurred in sending the items out to you. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense.

Please ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to protect against damage and are still in a sale-able condition. If you decide you no longer want the item and wish to return it, you will only receive a full refund if the item is as “new" and in a resalable condition. If the item is damaged or missing parts, you may be offered a partial refund or no refund at all. These items would only be returned to you at your own cost.

Please ensure you keep tracking numbers of any items you return. In the event that the item goes missing, the tracking code will provide proof that you have tried to return the item. We will be unable to refund any items we have not received.

Please do not reject the delivery of items we send out to you. If you do reject the delivery from the carrier then we would need to make a deduction for the cost of this action from any refund.

 Your Goods have arrived Damaged/Faulty

If the unfortunate event that you receive your goods in a faulty or damaged condition you also have the right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive to return your goods up to 30 days starting from the day after you receive the goods. 

Please contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@thewildlifegardening.co, providing information on the nature of the damage. 

 Incorrectly selected address

If you select the incorrect address at the point of order then you will be required to cover any costs to have this delivered to the correct address or if the parcel is returned to us then we will make a deduction for the cost of this action from the refund made.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
